Are your products authentic?

Yes. All products listed on The GB Store are carefully checked for authenticity before being listed.

Are your items new or pre-owned?

How quickly do you dispatch orders?

We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible, with most orders being dispatched within the timeframe stated at checkout. This is roughly within 48 hours of purchase, not including public holidays and weekends

How long will delivery take?

Delivery times depend on the shipping option selected at checkout and your location. You'll receive tracking information where available once your order has been dispatched.

Do you accept returns?
